The short version: you're buying a download, sales are final, and the only personal detail kept is your email.
What you're buying
Each library is a digital download: a zip of audio files, together with a licence to use them as described below. Nothing is shipped.
All sales are final
Because the files are delivered instantly and can't be returned, there are no refunds, returns or exchanges once a payment is complete. You're asked to confirm this before checkout.
If a download fails or a file is damaged, message on Instagram with your receipt and a working copy will be sent.
Licence
Royalty-free for use in your own music, film, video and commercial releases. The sounds themselves can't be resold, shared or repackaged as another library.
Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI or bank details go directly to Razorpay and never reach this site. Razorpay's own privacy policy (razorpay.com/privacy) covers what it stores.
Your data
Checkout asks for your email and phone number. They're used for your Razorpay receipt, to unlock your download and to email you your download link — not for marketing, and they aren't shared or sold. The record of your purchase is kept by Razorpay; this site has no separate customer database.
After you pay, your browser stores one essential cookie with your email and what you bought, so the download page still works when you refresh or come back. It's signed so it can't be altered, it's only sent to the library pages, and it expires after 7 days. You can remove it at any time from the downloads page. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
